The breakfast was free with omelettes, tea bags rationed plus bacon, and also the staff were all very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect and nice - just a short walk away from a huge mall.

For the price, the value we got at this hotel was outstanding. The room was plush and comfortable, and the view from the 25th floor was breathtaking. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the BTS and MRT stations, as well as shopping centers and nightlife spots. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better.

The food for breakfast could be improved by ensuring that there are always enough towels available for the pool area.

Bathroom floor slope is improper and water always stagnant. Since the bath tub fixed at floor height, the showerhead is at low height, one can not take head shower bath. Also for ladies/ children, it is bit difficult to get in and out of the bath tub. This must corrected.

Plus, the spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

I was disappointed with the room standard, very old and shabby. Bad smell even after changing rooms. Breakfast was not as good as expected of a hotel in this cathegory.
